Refund & Returns Policy – Hollow Hills Gothic

Overview

At Hollow Hills Gothic, we want you to love every piece you wear. If you’re not completely satisfied, our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we’re unable to offer a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following:

  • Earrings

  • Pierced jewelry items

  • Custom or personalized pieces

  • Gift cards

We only accept returns on chokers and necklaces if they are unworn, in their original packaging, and show no signs of use or damage.

Return Process

To complete your return, please provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to partial refund or rejection.

Partial Refunds May Be Issued For:

  • Items showing obvious signs of use

  • Opened or damaged packaging on jewelry or accessories

  • Products missing parts or accessories not due to our error

  • Returns made after the 30-day window

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you by email about your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within several business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company as processing times vary.

  3. Contact your bank if needed.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If your purchase was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for your return once we receive the item.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
